»Environmental Working Group – a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting human health and the environment. EWG performs research and educates the public on chemicals and contaminants that are found in our environment and harmful to health. Some of their best tools are: Skin Deep Database for Cosmetics, Guide to Pesticides in Produce, Guide for Sunscreens. – www.ewg.org

Food

»Food Matters – a documentary film that highlights the powers of food as medicine. This film sets out to answer the question, “Can changing what you eat really change your life?”. This documentary is available on Netflix as a perfect addition to your Friday night. – www.foodmatters.com
