»Mind Body Green – a website with a wealth of articles on eating, moving and living written by some of the leading experts in the health industry (or “Wellth” as Jason Wachob, Founder and CEO of MBG would say). “Mindbodygreen is a lifestyle media brand dedicated to inspiring you to live your best life.” – 

»Elephant Journal – dedicated to sharing “the mindful life”, this website has a plethora of articles on living a happy, healthy life. “The mindful life is about yoga, organics, sustainability, conscious consumerism, enlightened education, the contemplative arts, adventure, bicycling, family…everything.” –

»Environmental Working Group – a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting human health and the environment. EWG performs research and educates the public on chemicals and contaminants that are found in our environment and harmful to health. Some of their best tools are: Skin Deep Database for Cosmetics, Guide to Pesticides in Produce, Guide for Sunscreens. –


»Food Matters – a documentary film that highlights the powers of food as medicine. This film sets out to answer the question, “Can changing what you eat really change your life?”. This documentary is available on Netflix as a perfect addition to your Friday night. –

»Deliciously Ella – a vegan, recipe creating superstar, Ella Woodward focuses on enjoying food creations made from simple, natural ingredients. “Deliciously Ella is all about natural food. It’s not about diet or deprivation, but about celebrating what you can do with simple, unprocessed ingredients”. –

»The China Study – a book written by Dr. T. Colin Campbell, PHD that discusses one of the largest comprehensive studies of human nutrition ever conducted.
